Cancellation Policy

Personal Insight Session Booking Policy Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your Personal Insight Session, a minimum of **72 hours’ notice** is required. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the session fee being forfeited, and a new booking will be required to schedule another appointment. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. If you are more than **15 minutes late**, your appointment will be considered a **no-show**, and the session fee will be forfeited. Sessions cannot be extended beyond the scheduled appointment time, as I have other clients booked after you. Non-Transferable Sessions Personal Insight Sessions are reserved specifically for the individual who booked the appointment and cannot be transferred, gifted, or used by another person. Energy Alignment & Code of Conduct My work is rooted in energetic connection, compassion, and mutual respect. I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a session if the energy does not feel aligned or if the space does not feel safe, respectful, or supportive for either party. This allows every session to be held with the highest level of care, integrity, and intention for clarity, healing, and peace. All sessions are conducted with compassion, professionalism, and respect. I ask that clients enter their session with an open heart and a willingness to participate in creating a supportive and respectful space.
