Service Description
Every animal has their own unique personality, thoughts, emotions, and perspective. A Pet Insights Session offers you the opportunity to better understand your companion on a deeper level by listening to what they have to share. During the session, I connect with your pet telepathically by tuning into their energy and consciousness. Animals communicate with me in many different ways. I may hear their thoughts or words, receive images and memories, feel their emotions or physical sensations, or experience life briefly through their eyes to better understand how they see a person, situation, or experience. Every animal communicates differently, and every session is completely unique. Whether your pet is living or has passed into spirit, they are able to share messages that bring greater understanding, healing, and peace. Many clients leave their session feeling they finally understand why their pet behaves the way they do, what they have been trying to communicate, or simply feel a much deeper connection with them. Your pet does not need to be present during your Zoom session. I connect using your pet's date of birth. If their date of birth is unknown, I ask that the person your pet is most bonded with or considers their leader be present during the session. There is no need for me to see your pet on camera. They are welcome to be resting, playing, or enjoying their day elsewhere while we communicate. A Pet Insights Session can help you: • Discover the emotional or energetic root of behavioural challenges.

• Better understand your pet's needs, wants, and preferences.
• Explore nutritional guidance that supports your pet's wellbeing.
• Learn more about the history or experiences of a rescue animal.
• Receive messages and healing after the passing of a beloved companion.
• Strengthen the bond and communication between you and your pet. Every session is guided by your pet. Some animals are incredibly talkative and share detailed stories, while others communicate through feelings, symbols, or simple impressions. I honour whatever they choose to share and relay their messages with honesty, compassion, and respect. Please note: Each Pet Insights Session is dedicated to one pet only to ensure they receive my full attention and the deepest possible connection. If you would like to connect with more than one pet, please book a separate session for each pet.
Cancellation Policy
Pet Insight Session Booking Policy Rescheduling Policy I understand that unexpected things can come up. If you need to reschedule your Pet Insight Session, a minimum of **72 hours’ notice** is required. Requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be considered a late cancellation, and the session will be marked as used. The session fee will not be refunded, and a new booking will be required to schedule another appointment. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Please arrive on time for your scheduled session. If you are more than **10 minutes late**, your appointment will be considered a **no-show** and the session will be forfeited. No refunds will be provided, and a new session will need to be booked. Non-Transferable Sessions Pet Insight Sessions are reserved specifically for the client and their pet. Sessions cannot be transferred, gifted, or used by another person. Refund Policy Due to the personalized nature of Pet Insight Sessions, all bookings are final. Once your session has started, it is **non-refundable**. By booking a Pet Insight Session, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
