Class Participation Policy The Dog Communication Circle is a live, group-based Zoom class designed to help dog owners deepen their understanding of their dogs through communication, education, and shared learning. By registering for this class, participants agree to the following policies. Class Format Each Dog Communication Circle session includes: • A live teaching segment focused on dog communication, behavior, and understanding your dog’s emotional world • Live mini communication sessions with selected dogs • A question and answer segment where participants may ask general questions about their dogs This is a group learning environment, and individual communication sessions for every participant are not guaranteed. Mini Dog Communication Sessions During each class, Shayla may select a limited number of dogs for brief live communication demonstrations. Selection is at Shayla’s discretion and is intended to support group learning. Participation in the class does not guarantee that your dog will receive a live reading. Participants interested in a dedicated session may book a private dog communication appointment separately. Live Attendance Participants are responsible for attending the class at the scheduled time. Because this is a live group experience, missed sessions cannot be rescheduled. Class Conduct Participants are expected to maintain respectful and supportive behavior during the class. Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the class without refund. Educational Purpose The Dog Communication Circle is designed for educational and personal insight purposes only. Information shared during the class is not a substitute for professional veterinary, medical, or behavioral advice. Participants are responsible for seeking professional veterinary care or licensed training support when needed. Refund Policy Due to the nature of this live group class and the reservation of space, all registrations are non-refundable. Agreement By registering for the Dog Communication Circle, participants acknowledge that they understand the group format and agree to the policies outlined above.
